Straight answers

Do we have to change our ERP or our reports?

No. That's the point. We take the reports you already produce, in the format you already produce them. If your systems expose an API we connect directly; if not, uploads work fine.

What if our data is messy?

It usually is. Inconsistent SKU codes, three spellings of the same customer, dates in four formats. Cleaning that up is part of the setup, not something you have to fix first.

Can different people see different numbers?

Yes. Access is role-based and set per function. A plant head sees their plant, a regional manager sees their region, and margin or salary data stays with whoever you choose.

How quickly can we see our own data?

It depends on how many systems and sites are involved. A single-plant business moves a lot faster than a multi-site group.
